This place was fantastic! The atmosphere and service was top notch! Sammie took the time to clearly explain how everything worked, she explained what the broths tasted like and which were most popular, she explained in detail the ordering system, you order via a QR code that is specific to your table. It sounds confusing but she explained it all. Sammie was so friendly and excited to be sharing her culture with us, we felt so welcomed! It was a wonderful and unique dining experience. We ended up getting Sichuan at a spice level 2 and the golden chicken broth, both were very good but the house made Sichuan was my favorite. You could try up to 4 at one time. We only chose 2. We ordered 2 different types of beef and 1 pork. It was very tender and thinly slice, the presentation was spot on! All the veggies we ordered were extremely fresh! We also had the hand made noodles, which were delicious and a fantastic texture, And you could order as much as you wanted. The dessert/appetizer were out of this world, we tried the sesame bun, rice cakes, fried bread, mini fried buns and ice jelly, they all were delicious. 5 stars! The customer service alone is worth the visit. Sammi was so warm & took 20 minutes to explain how everything works, making sure our dietary restrictions (allergies & vegetarian) were completely safe. The tomato broth is a must try, & the spicy & plain beef broths were a hit with my kids. Super fun atmosphere & very reasonably priced. Chuan Yu Hot Pot is far for us from Canton, but we will absolutely make the drive again!

We had a wonderful dining experience at this hot pot restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. One thing that really stood out was the ordering system through the app—it was incredibly convenient, easy to use, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Even my kids, who are usually very picky eaters, loved the food and ate much more than they normally do, which says a lot! The ingredients were fresh, the broth was flavorful, and there were plenty of options for everyone. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious hot pot experience!

Overall great authentic Chinese hot pot place. Environment is clean, food is tasty and worth the price. Adult buffet about $32. Service also great. One drawback is that it’s a little bit far for people live in Atlanta.

They offer a wide variety of fresh ingredients and a great selection of dipping sauces. The owners were incredibly welcoming and even treated us to some complimentary ice jelly (Bingfen)! While the environment is perfect for gathering with friends and family, I found the rattan pepper and tomato broths to be a bit mild for my taste. I’ll definitely try the classic spicy beef broth base next time. Overall, a lovely place with excellent service!
